Abstract
The objective of this work is to discuss the eff ective gains journalism could have with the introduction of scientifi c research methods as tools for journalistic data verifi cation. For this, we will analyze some experiments that characterize specifi c modalities of this application, for the purpose of raising open questions about the conception of journalism, research in journalism, and the increasing of reporting techniques.Copyright for articles published in this journal is retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal.
